Vector2Field value doesn't get displayed when using View Data Key
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the top bar menu select Window > UI Toolkit > ViewDataKeyTest
3. In the ViewDataKeyTest window edit the Vec2 Field value
4. Close the window
5. Reopen the window and observe the Vec2 Field
Expected result: The previously entered value is displayed
Actual result: The field value is zero
Reproducible with: 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a20
Cannot test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1 (due to errors with the script)
