[UWP][WSA] package name with dot and number causes errors in generated solution
Reproduction steps:
1. Create any project with dot symbol in it (for example "Project1.0.0");
2. Build the solution (WSA or UWP);
3. Run the project from Visual studio;
4. Fails with following output: "type or namespace definition, or end-of-file expected"
