[UWP] Unity/OpenXR app crashes when enabling depth debug visualization on HoloLens 2
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "DepthOverlayCrash.zip"
2. Build And Run the project on HoloLens 2
3. Open the Windows Device Portal
4. Enable Views>Hologram Stability>Show depth or plane in headset
Expected results: The app doesn't crash
Actual results: The app crashes
Reproducible with: 1.2.8, 1.3.0 (2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15)
Could not test with: 2019.4.33f1 (OpenXR unavailable)

Resolution Note:
This issue is an OS issue occurring on the Microsoft side. Please see https://github.com/microsoft/OpenXR-Unity-MixedReality-Samples/issues/50 for when this could be resolved. Since Unity cannot fix this issue, we will be resolving it as a "Third Party Issue".
