[UWP] [TextMeshPro] Caret does not show up in TMP Input Field on HoloLens 2
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "CaretBug.zip" project
2. Build the "BugScene" Scene to UWP
3. Open Visual Studio solution
4. Deploy the solution to Hololens 2 (with ARM64 Remote machine deploy settings)
5. Start typing on the soft keyboard
Expected result: Caret is visible
Actual result: Caret does not show up
Reproducible with: 2.1.6 (2019.4.27f1), 3.0.6 (2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17)
Not reproducible with: 1.5.6 (2018.4.35f1), 2.1.4 (2019.4.27f1), 3.0.4 (2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1)

Hello, we are also suffering because of this issue. This bug completely disables user scenarios that are based on user input.

Hi, we really need to get this fixed for 2021.3 LTS... TMPro 3.2 is not available for Unity 2021.3, even as a prerelease package.
