[UWP] Nothing happens when calling Screen.SetResolution
To reproduce:
1. Open the project
2. Build an Universal 10 project
3. Compile the VS project
4. Run the app on Lumia
5. Notice than the resolution don't change to 720p
Workaround: Suspend the coroutine execution for second and call Screen.SetResolution again.
Reproducible: 5.4.0b7, 5.3.3p1, 5.2.4p1
