[IL2CPP] Build generates incorrect code when using MarshalAsAttribute on a IntPtr parameter
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1115412_repro.zip project
2. Switch platform to UWP and build project
3. Open Visual Studios solution
4. Search for "static_cast<int32_t>(___result_count2))" in Assembly-CSharp_0.cpp
Results: In generated code "___result_count2" varible should be a pointer.
