[UWP] Fix WindowsMobile SDK being added incorrectly causing build failures
Steps to reproduce:
- Download 6.4 editor with components to build for UWP
- In visual studio installer, install Universal Windows Apps compnents shown in attached picture (might also be called WinUI) !Screenshot 2025-09-19 125813.png|width=611,height=217!
- Build an empty project
Actual results:
Build may or may not fail depending on wether or not WindowsMobile SDK is copied correctly. Reproducing this is difficult.
Expected results:
Build always succeeds
Reproducible with versions:
6.3, 6.4 (presume issue is in all streams, all way back to 2022.3)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Notes:
- SDK Files for path C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Extension SDKs here: [^WindowsMobile.zip]
- Reinstalling WindowsSDK is a known workaround
- Deleting the Mobile SDK in generated vs project also works
