Using the Trim button in the Sprite Editor does enable 'Apply' button
Steps to reproduce:
1. Import and open any sprite in Sprite Editor
2. Make some imperfect slices, press apply
3. Select the slice, press 'Trim'
4. Observe that 'Apply' button doesn't get enabled, thus it is not possible to save the change ('Revert' is also not enabled)

I don't know if this is close to what I am doing. I am watching the tutorial on digital tutors on UI, as following along. In multiple you select the sprites in the editor and press trim. It does not trim.
