Using Texture2D.EXRFlags.CompressPIZ causes StackOverflowException
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select QA/Encode Texture to PIZ EXR
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: There are no errors
Actual result: The error is logged "StackOverflowException: The requested operation caused a stack overflow."
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a6, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.1.0a5
Note: Not reproducible with ZIP and RLE compression
