Using different transcodes, video playback lurches, stutters, flickers when played on the Player and the Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open SampleScene.unity located under /Assets/Scenes/ in the Project window
3. Enter Play Mode and observe all of the videos playbacks in the Game view
4. Exit Play Mode and then Build And Run the project (File > Build And Run)
5. Observe all of the videos playbacks in the Player
Expected result: all videos should play almost immediately, and loop smoothly with no lurches, black frames, and pauses during playback
Actual result: all of the videos except the first one stutter, lurch, and experience black frames
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a17, 2023.1.0a1
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS 12.4, M1 MacOS 12.4 (21F79), Windows 10 (21H2)
Notes:
- Only the black frames are apparent in the Editor, however, in the Player lurches, pauses during playback and black frames are apparent
- Using the M1 MacBook, the issue is reproducible on both Apple Silicon and Intel Editors
