User not signed in to the Editor when opening or creating any project on specific macOS machines
How to reproduce:
# Open Unity Hub
# Select “New Project” → any template → Create project
Expected result: The user is signed in to the Editor
Actual result: The user is not signed in to the Editor
Reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.41f1, 6000.0.14f1
Reproducible on: macOS 12 (M1 Mac Mini)
Not reproducible on: macOS 14.4.1 (M1 Max), Windows 11 Pro (10.0.22631)
