[Usability] Up/down arrow keys move the caret in Shader Graph node search
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a project using Shader Graph
2. Open or create and open a new Shader Graph
3. Right click in the Shader Graph window
4. Click Create Node
5. Type in "tex" to generate search results
6. Click up and down on the keyboard multiple times - notice the search input field caret moving around
Reproducible with: 2022.2.2f1, 2023.2.0b1
