Postponed means that the issue was either a feature request or something that requires major refactoring on our side. Since that makes the issue not actionable in the close future we choose to close it as Postponed and add it on our internal roadmaps and technical debt pages instead.

[URP] Visible outlines of objects behind other objects when FR has Renderer Features with Event set to BRPP and DOF is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project from the attached file(link in edit)
2. Inspect the Game View
Expected result: Outline of "Railing" GameObject is not visible behind the "Cube" GameObject
Actual result: Outline of "Railing" GameObject is visible behind the "Cube" GameObject
Reproducible with: 7.0.0(2019.3.0a11), 7.1.8(2019.3.6f1), 7.2.1(2019.3.6f1), 7.3.1(2020.2.0a4), 8.0.1(2020.2.0a4, 2020.1.0b2)
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1(No package manager), LWRP 4.10.0-preview(2018.4.19f1)(multiple features required not introduced), LWRP 6.9.2(2019.3.0a11)(Rendere feature not introduced)
Notes:
- Reproducible with all graphics API on Windows and Mac that are available in Unity
- Not reproducible if Renderer Features Event is set to after Post Processing
- Not reproducible if the object behind has the same layer from Renderer Features as the object in front.
- FR(Forward Renderer), BRPP(Before Rendering Post Processing), DOF(Depth of Field)
