[URP][GLES3][Android] Blue color & UI is only rendered instead of whole scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure Lit scene is added to build settings
3. Build & Run project on device
Expected result: no rendering issues
Actual result: Blue color is rendered instead of objects
Reproducible: 2021.2.0a10 (URP 12.0)
