URP fails to render grass Terrain details
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “GrassBug” project
2. Observe the grass in the Scene view
Expected result: The grass renders normally, looking like real grass
Actual result: The grass fails to render, generating a green mesh
Reproducible with: 10.9.0 (2020.3.36f1, 2020.3.37f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.6f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.9f1), 14.0.2(2022.2.0a13),14.0.3 (2022.2.0b1), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a3)
Not reproducible with: 10.9.0 (2020.3.35f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 & MacOS Monterey
