URP Decal Projector becomes cropped when Post Processing is disabled
How to reproduce:
Open the attached project "Decal projector cropped when postprocesing is disabled.zip"
Expected results: URP Decal Projector is not cropped in the Game window
Actual results: URP Decal Projector is cropped in the Game window
Reproducible with: 12.1.4 (2021.2.11f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b7), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a3)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.28f1) (Decal Renderer Feature unavailable)
