URP Decal instanced rendering breaks and spams warnings when it is enabled at runtime
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “UrpDecalInstancingBug”
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected results: There are no warnings spammed into the Console
Actual results: There are “Property (_DecalLayerMaskFromDecal) exceeds previous array size (250 vs 1). Cap to previous size. Restart Unity to recreate the arrays.” warnings spammed into the Console
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a12, 2022.3.30f1, 6000.0.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.2.0a11
