[URP] An error is spammed in a Build when using 2D Light with the "Use Normal Map" option enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "Render Bug Repro" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open the Build Settings (File->Build Settings...)
4. In the Build Settings window, press Add Open Scenes if the "SampleScene" Scene is not included in the "Scenes In Build" list
5. Enable the Development Build
6. Build And Run the project
Expected result: No errors are thrown in the Development console
Actual result: "Dimension of color surface does not match dimensions of depth surface" error is spammed in the Development Console
Reproducible with: 7.4.1, 7.4.2, 8.2.0, 10.0.0-preview.26 (2019.3.2f1, 2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.2.0a20)
Not reproducible with: 6.7.1, 7.3.1, 8.0.1, 8.1.0 (2019.4.7f1, 2020.1.1f1, 2020.2.0a20)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.1f1 because Universal RP 6.7.1 is not available
Notes:
- 2019.3.2f1 is the earliest version of Unity where Universal RP 7.4.1 is available
- 2D Lights were introduced in Universal RP 6.7.1
