[URP] Alpha blend is incorrect for Sprite-Lit-Default Shader when using with RenderTexture
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "2DAlphaEdges.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Alpha is blended correctly with Sprite-Lit-Default Shader
Actual result: Alpha is blended incorrectly with Sprite-Lit-Default Shader
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0b12, 2021.1.8f1 (11.0.0), 2021.2.0a17 (12.0.0)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1 (7.6.0), 2020.3.9f1 (10.5.0), 2021.1.0b11 (11.0.0)
