URP 2D Render Feature losing Camera Target Image in Standalone Builds
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's project
2. Build and Run
Expected result: background is blue
Actual result: background is an upside-down goat
Reproducible with: 12.1.2 (2021.2.5f1), 13.0.0 (2022.1.0a11), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a15), 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a16)
Could not test with: 10.8.1 (2020.3.25f1), 12.0.0 (2022.1.0a1), 12.1.1 (2021.2.4f1), 13.1.3 (2022.1.0b1) (could not convert to these versions)
Notes:
- Reproducible on Windows 10 and macOS
- Reproducible on Mono and IL2CPP
- It can be seen how it's supposed to look in the Play mode
- The package is not available on Unity 2019.4
