"uri" is written instead of "URI" in the error message when adding a wrong URL to the Scoped Registries
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Project Settings -> Package Manager -> Scoped Registries
3. Enter the random symbols to the "URL" and click "Save"
4. Observe the error message
Expected results: URI is written in uppercase in the error message
Actual results: `uri` is written in lowercase in the error message
Reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.43f1, 6000.0.16f1
Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
