Upon opening project, Scene View won't render
To reproduce:
Open project
Expected: Scene View renders
Actual: Scene View is grey (or black if clicked on). You can still select objects in it (easily seen with drag-box selection), but you are blind
Reproduced in 5.6.3p3, 2017.1.0f3, .2017.3.0a7
