Upgrading to LWRP Materials is trying to upgrade LWRP Materials
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Click Edit -> Render Pipeline -> Upgrade Project Materials to LightweightRP Materials
Actual Result: several "material was not upgraded. There's no upgrader to convert Lightweight Render Pipieline/<shader> shader to selected pipeline
Expected result: No messages are thrown for materials which do not need upgrading
Reproduced on: 2019.2.0a11, LWRP 5.10.0, 5.1.0

Verified in package version 8.0
