Unsupported Collaborate package version (1.3.7) is installed in a project when PlasticSCM plugin/asset is imported
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Import PlasticSCM plugin into the project (https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/utilities/plastic-scm-plugin-for-unity-beta-169442)
3. Observe the console window
Expected result: a supported Collaborate package version (1.3.7) is installed, no errors are thrown
Actual result: an unsupported Collaborate package version (1.3.7) is installed, errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a22, 2020.1.4f1, 2020.2.0b1
