Unnecessary information about Serialized Data Mode Controller is shown when a custom window is created
How to reproduce:
- Open the Project "IN-69568_BugScriptableWizardSerializedDataModeController"
- Open the “SampleScene” scene
- Navigate to BUG in menu bar → Create Light Wizard
- Observe the “Create Light” window
Expected result: Information about Serialized Data Mode Controller is hidden
Actual result: Information about Serialized Data Mode Controller is shown

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.2.0b15
