How to reproduce:
# Open the Project "IN-69568_BugScriptableWizardSerializedDataModeController"
# Open the “SampleScene” scene
# Navigate to BUG in menu bar → Create Light Wizard
# Observe the “Create Light” window
Expected result: Information about Serialized Data Mode Controller is hidden
Actual result: Information about Serialized Data Mode Controller is shown
