UnityConnectWebRequestException: Error while getting current user for project Error is logged when opening Project without access to the assigned Organization

*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open the attached Project
# Observe the Console
# Navigate to Edit > Project Settings > Services

*Actual results:* When the Project was opened by someone who doesn't have access to the original Organization, Errors "UnityConnectWebRequestException: Error while getting current user for project.

are logged, even though the Services panel of Project Settings has no refresh button available

*Expected results:* Previous implementation showed a different Message in the Services panel, enabling users to immediately make a new link for the project, now it suggest refreshing the panel when there is no refresh button. This implementation should be brought back

*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.1.0b3, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.4f1, 6000.3.0b1

*Not reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.0b2

*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
