Unity Vulkan build crashes when changing window size on an Intel GPU
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “BugRepro”
2. Ensure to use Vulkan Graphics API (menu: Project Settings > Player > Other Settings > Graphics APIs)
3. Build the project
4. Disable Nvidia or AMD GPU if present
5. Run the project
6. Change the app Window size ( i.e. use Alt+ Enter)
Expected result: The window size changes successfully
Actual result: The app crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.12f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 64bits
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproducible only on a few machines
- Not reproducible with OpenGL
- Not reproducible with other GPUs

Resolution Note:
We have identified this to be an Intel driver issue on UHD Graphics and a workaround in Unity is not feasible. We already reported this issue to Intel and hopefully they will address it in a future update. In the meantime, if running Vulkan API on Intel GPU is necessary, we recommend updating the Intel graphics driver to the latest version which has shown to greatly reduce the chance of crashing.
