Unity takes extremely long time to load complex Prefab
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Pres on "Assets/Resources/Characters/Lone Wolf/Lone Wolf.prefab"
Expected result: It takes a couple of seconds for unity to load this complex Prefab
Actual result: It takes Unity around an hour (or more) to load this Prefab
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.0b6, 2019.1.0a5
Note: It is a regression, it's starting from 2018.3.0a1 and load times gradually increases with newer Unity versions.

This seemed to be fixed in 2019.1.0a9 but regressed in 2019.1.0a10, still there in 2018.3.0b10

Which version is this fixed in? Tested in 2018.3.0b9 still does the same thing.
