Unity takes extremely long time to load complex Prefab
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Pres on "Assets/Resources/Characters/Lone Wolf/Lone Wolf.prefab"
Expected result: It takes a couple of seconds for unity to load this complex Prefab
Actual result: It takes Unity around an hour (or more) to load this Prefab
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.3.0b6, 2019.1.0a5
Note: It is a regression, it's starting from 2018.3.0a1 and load times gradually increases with newer Unity versions.
