Unity Hub update prompt does not appear when clicking "Restart now" after cancelling initial permission prompt on MacOS
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub with an available update
2. Wait for the permission prompt “Unity Hub. An update is ready to install. …” to open and click “Cancel”
3. In Unity Hub, in the “Hub update available” banner click the “Restart now” button
4. Observe the results
Expected result: The permission prompt to allow the update appears
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 3.14.3
Reproducible on: MacOS Tahoe 26.0.1
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
Workaround: After closing and opening the Hub the prompt appears again
