Unity Hub stops all progress when Unity Hub's tray icon is selected on Mac
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Go to Installs menu and start downloading any version of Unity
3. Click on the Unity Hub's tray icon
Expected result: Unity Hub does not stop its progress
Actual result: Unity Hub stops its progress
