Unity freezes while importing specific script because of UNITY_ANDROID preprocessor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Drag script "PluginMsgHandler.cs" to project view to import it
3. Unity freezes, editor.log is full of errors:

Tested on OSX 10.12.6
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a4, 2018.3.0a5
