Unity freezes when using a synchronous load of remote AssetBundles together with the Upload Speed higher than 0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-3463.zip“
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Open the Addressables Hosting window (Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Hosting)
4. Set the “Upload Speed (Kb/s)“ field to 1000
5. Enter the Play mode
Expected result: The Editor does not freeze
Actual result: The Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 1.20.3, 1.20.5 (2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b7), 1.20.5 (2023.1.0a10)
Couldn’t test with: 1.20.0 and lower - due to errors in the Console window
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.3.1
