[Windows] Editor becomes unresponsive when values are entered with keyboard that has "Show text suggestions as I type" enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Make sure that "Show text suggestions as I type" for hardware keyboard in windows settings is enabled
3. Select Main Camera
4. Change transform position to any values
5. Unity freezes
Expected result: Camera position should change
Actual result: Unity froze when values are entered
Reproducible with: 5.5.6f1, 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0p1, 2018.1.0b1
