Unity editor's title bar gets hidden in the top border of the screen upon launching
Steps to repro:
1. Open Unity, make sure it isn't maximized and close it
2. Open any project
3. Observe that the title bar gets hidden: http://i.imgur.com/LYYeGXO.png
