Unity Editor uses a lot of memory and eventually freezes when trying to open a scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and extract the attached project
2. Delete "Library" folder
3. Open the project
4. Try to open scene "WorldScene"
5. Notice Unity Editor starts using up a lot of memory and eventually freezes
Note: if you open a project and don't delete "Library" folder it will freeze immediately
