Unity Editor Update Check window text says to click on “Download installer“ button, but the button is “Download new version“
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Unity Editor Update Check window (Help > Check for Updates)
Expected result: The text says to click on “Download new version“ button
Actual result: Displayed text says to click the “Download installer“ button
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2022.2.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.1.0b16, 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a4, 2023.1.0b5,
Couldn’t test with: 2022.2.0a1-2022.2.0a8, 2023.1.0a1-2023.1.0a3, 2023.2.0a1-2023.2.0a4 - Unity Editor Update Check window says that it is up to date

Thanks you for reporting this issue. As we transition focus and resourcing to UI Toolkit (UI framework), we are only able to address major issues in legacy UI in the Editor. This issue will be addressed when we transition this window to UI Toolkit (as part of feature work).
