Unity Editor Icon at the top left is blurry
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new Project
2. Observe the icon at the top left of the editor
Expected Behavior: The Icon is clearly visible and not blurry
Actual Behavior: The icon is blurry and the Unity logo is barely visible
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b4, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.3.0b3
Note: Not reproducible on MAC since it does not have the same toolbar as windows
