Editor crashes at GUIView::GUIViewWndProc when Custom Editor window is out of focus or dragged
To reproduce:
1. Open my attached project (Test CustomEditor.zip)
2. Click Test>My Window
3. Try to dock this window anywhere or click on another window
Expected result: no crash when dragging Custom Editor windows
Actual result: Editor crashes when dragging Custom Editor window
Reproducible with - 2018.2.0b3, 2018.2.3f1, 2018.3.0a7
Not reproducible with - 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0b2, 2018.3.0a8
No longer reproducible in: 2018.3.0a8
