Unity doesn't mark scene as changed after breaking prefab instance
To reproduce:
1.Create new project and a scene.
2.Make any object and create prefab out of it.
3.Save scene.
4.Select prefab in scene and inside menu chose GameObject > Break Prefab Instance.
5.Notice that Unity doesn't mark scene as changed.
