Unity does not attempt to save changes when shutting down the computer
Reproduction steps:
1. Open new project in Unity
2. Make little changes
3. Shut down the computer
Expected: Unity allows to save changes and after that closes
Actual: Unity closes
Reproduced on: 5.5.4p2; 5.6.3p1; 2017.1.0p5; 2017.2.0b8; 2017.3.0a5
Note: Mac has this feature with all the versions above
