Unity creates meta-files for empty directories then deletes them on another user's machine
Steps to reproduce :
- have the Angry Bots Perforce project imported on 2 computers
- create a new folder on the first machine and notice that it creates a meta file
- submit the empty created file
- on the second machine get the latest revision
- notice that the newly created folder is missing and there's an error in the console saying it could not create the folder
