Unity crashes when viewing a Particle System with GPU Instancing turned on and then switching from URP to built-in
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "NewShaderCompiler.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Change the "Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings" to None in the Graphics Settings (Edit -> Project Settings -> Graphics)
4. Select the "Particle System" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
5. Press the "F" button on the keyboard
Expected result: Particle System is focused
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a1
