Unity crashes when trying to reimport default asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's project
2. Select Assets/sit_possitive_female.fbx
3. Go to Assets -> Reimport
Expected result: Unity does not crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with - 2018.4.18f1, 2018.3.0a5, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.1.8f1, 2017.4.7f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.1.4p2

Resolution Note (fix version 2018.4):
Now gives insightful error and no crash :
"Time range (71582824) for take 'Take 001' in file 'sit_possitive_female' is larger than maximum allowed (100000). Check your file - it most likely has keys in far negative or positive timeline."

Will not be possible to backport for 2018.4 (FBX sdk limitations)
