Unity crashes when importing a video with non-ASCII characters in the title
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the latest attached video
Or
1. Create a video file and rename it to have non-ASCII characters in the title(eg. Japanese characters)
2. Try to import it into Unity
Result: Crash
Reproduced on: 5.6.0b6, 5.6.0b8
Not reproduced on 5.6.0b5
Regreasion introduced in 5.6.0b6
Notes:
-Can be simply worked around by changing the title of the file
-Other file types(text, pictures...) do not yield the crash
