Unity crashes when a 2d object collides with another object that has the collider 2d with "used by effector" is enabled without

Open the scene in the attached project, press Play, press left arrow to move the Jelly character under the platform to the left and press Space to make the character Jump and collide with that platform. Unity crashes.

Can reproduce with Unity 5.1, Unity 5.2 a2, but can't repro with Unity 5.0.1p1. The bug was submitted with Unity 5.0.1p2, so possibly this is a regression introduced in that version.
