Unity crashes during Play Mode when using Experimental DXR with Direct3D12 and having the Editor minimized
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1279880.zip"
2. Load the Scene "Balls"
3. Go into Project Settings > Player and make sure Direct3D12 is enabled as the primary graphics API
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Minimize the Editor
Expected result: The Editor can stay minimized indefinitely
Actual result: The Editor crashes after staying minimized for ~5 minutes
Reproducible with: Direct3D12: 2020.1.10f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2019.4 (according to the user, not replicated locally)
Not reproducible with:
Direct3D11: 2020.1.10f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a3
Direct3D12: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0a3
Could not test with: 2018.4.28f1 and 2019.4.13f1 due to multiple Console errors after downgrading
Notes:
- If the Editor doesn't crash try opening another project while the current Editor is minimized
- Different HDRP versions were used (such as 8.2.0, 10.0.0-preview.27 and 10.1.0), however, they've had no impact on the results
- Issue seems to be hardware dependant, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB was used when testing
- Could potentially crash without having the need to minimize the Editor

Please also fix this in Unity 2019.4 LTS as it is a major bug preventing development.
