[Unity ADS] Console error spam for Unity Ads package
Repro Steps:
1. Start a new project or use an existing one
2. Open package Manager and import version 2.0.8 of Unity Ads.
3. Notice the console error: Read only asset Packages/com.unity.ads/node_modules has no meta file.
Expected results as per development guidelines: the user would not receive any console errors in their project if they aren't directly doing anything wrong.
