Uninformative logs are printed in the Console after doing "Reimport All"
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Right-Click on any asset in the Project view > Reimport all
3. Check the Console after the reimport
Expected Behaviour: One single system message is printed telling you that the cache was rebuilt
Actual Behaviour: Tons of logs about cache rebuilding are printed in the Console
Reproducible with: 2017.4.34f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a12
