Unexpected Asset Pipeline refresh triggered by StopAssetImportingV2 when closing Editor after Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-77491“ project
2. Go to File → Build Settings…
3. In “Scenes In Build“ select “MainGame” and “Environnement B” scenes
4. Ensure that Target Platform is set to “Windows“, and Architecture is set to “Intel 64-bit“
5. Build the Project
6. After successful build, close the Editor
7. Observe the Progress bar
Expected result: Prefabs and assets are not reimported
Actual result: Prefabs and assets are reimported
Reproducible in: 2022.3.2f1
Not reproducible in: 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.10f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.40f1(Could not resolve package errors)
Fixed in: 2022.3.3f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Notes:
* It only affects assets that are inside the scenes selected to be included in the Built Project
* Reporter noted that this also happens at random times
