[UNetWeaver] Server static out function throws 'Argument cannot be null' error
How to reproduce:
1. Open user provided project
2. Inspect console for UNetWeaver error
Expected behaviour:
Actual behaviour: Having a static out function below [Server] will throw an error
Removing [Server] OR static OR out 'fixes' the issue
Reproduced on: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0p3, 5.6.0b3
